Cronicas De La Raza
07 April 2009 - KPFA FM

Tonight we feature a conversation with independent journalist Andrew Willis Garces about recent mobilizations in Colombia around water rights and offer an interview with pionerering OB/GYN Dr. Dan Grossman, who has worked on women's reproductive autonomy issues in the US and Latin America about making birth control pills available over the counter.

We stroll through the Streets of Aztlan and hear music and spoken word of guest Rico Pabon, and News from the Americas Sin Fronteras. We include a calendar of upcoming events in the Latino Community.

Produced by Vanessa Bohm, Carmen Andrea Rivera, Julieta Kusinir, Ctone, Ventura Longoria, Emiliano Echeverria and Nina Serrano.
